Terms and Conditions

By registering you declare that you agree with the general terms and conditions and you agree to pay the tuition fee.

Lessons are open to people from 7 years old. From the age of 21, the VAT obligation applies. This will therefore be charged.

· Payment

Each lesson form must be paid in advance. With a subscription of one month or six months, the monthly amount must be paid prior to the lessons.

In the event of non-compliance or late fulfillment of the payment obligation, the teacher reserves the right to deny the student further access to the lessons.

· Cancellation policy

Individual or duo lessons

If a student cannot attend a class for any reason, he/she must cancel at least 48 hours in advance by email or telephone. In that case, everything is done to schedule a catch-up lesson.

If a lesson is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, his/her right to a make-up lesson or refund of the lesson will expire.

The teacher reserves the right to cancel the lesson(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances (for example, in the event of illness or an accident of the teacher).

The teacher reserves the right to move or cancel the lesson(s) during holiday periods.

group lessons

If a student cannot attend a group class for any reason, he/she must cancel at least 48 hours in advance by email or telephone. Only then is refund of the tuition possible.

If the above does not work within 48 hours, the right to a refund of the lesson will expire.

With a subscription of half a year, a notice period of 1 month applies. Cancellation must be made by the 1st of the month by e-mail.
